New Ticket Exchange

A torn theatre ticket

In conjunction with our box office provider, TicketSource, we are happy to announce a new self-service facility to exchange performance tickets.


We understand that plans change and life sometimes gets in the way of coming to the theatre, and whilst we have a general No Refunds* policy we are happy to move your booking to another performance (subject to availability).


This is now easier than ever with the My Bookings portal. On both Booking Confirmation and Booking Reminder emails there will be a link allowing you to Manage My Booking. If you've mislaid or deleted your e-tickets or can no longer attend click on the button enter your details and we'll send you a magic link via email to manage your booking,


A booking can only be exchanged to the same production and must be done 24 hours before the performance - after this time please contact us directly.
